I don't know what the laws are here, but personally i find it ..well...not terribly nice..if i remember rightly, Jerry Lee Lewis married his cousin when she was 13 that makes him a pedophile as well , the lowest scum of scum in the world .Some things are simply unacceptable .

There is a couple that i know who are 1st cousins and are married and have kids,here in Ohio. Never heard of them being in any trouble over it and kids are ok.

It gets worse , there was a father and daughter marriage (not sure if it was a legal marriage, maybe live together)and both were quite open about it.

Roxy, now that is REALLY strange! I asked about cousins because I know that in several states here, North Carolina being one, first cousins CAN marry. So in at least one state, it is illegal for an 18 year old man to have sex with a 17 year old girl, unless she is your cousin and you are married to her. Oh, and you do need her parents pemission.

ok Tater ,apparently first cousins can marry in all states of Australia ,but it's against the law for second cousins to marry .
