LOL Breezey,some of them ARE that bad,it's just that moving cannot always be an option,had rotten neighbours when l had my own house,but to sell up and move was just to much,anyway ,they moved ,same here the really bad ones move,or get moved.had to call the police numerous times, but they did move eventually.

On a related note, I found out belatedly that my next door neighbor who was a year older than me and bullied me periodically while I was growing up died when he was 43, and nobody could tell me how he died.

I never have .... I don't think... ? (I've moved a lot! over the years)
and I can remember one or two neighbors ... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] but they were
offset by great ones! too so it was tolerable.
The real pain is owning your home and then you get a new couple
as neighbors ... and they're OBNOXIOUS. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Aaargh!

I will say that your current neighbors sound just awful ! *blick*
Moving seems preferable to jail... and those two could drive you

Okay, so the moving option isn't feasible for everyone. lol
But.. fences are going up fast! People don't seem to think one in particular is "tolerable"!

Tater, have you checked obituaries? Even bullies usually have a cause of death.

That's a "point" with me... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] when the "cause of death"
is recorded as "heart failure". Everyone dies of heart failure.
I want to know: What caused the heart to fail ?!?
