WOW, GET A GUN. You poor people, snowblower man, jack hammer man , what the heck is going on.We have some neighbors moving but the new owners seem really nice. If I have a problem with a neighbor, I confront them, otherwise I call the cops but thats not needed here. I just let the neighbors know I am crazier than they are and that keeps em quiet. In Ca. my trusty 12 gauge worked great. I could legally shoot it in my back yard, so if things got crazy, I would just pump 3 or 4 rounds into the bank across the creek and they shut up. Nnothing worse than bad, noisy neighbors.

You poor man, thats bull. Have you ever talked to the neighbor to try and resolve this or is he just one of those rednecks who could care less about the neighbors. Maybe you should find a better place to live. I keep telling Breezey the same thing. I speak my mind when someone is disturbing me, and if it gets nasty, I can kick and will wipe out his groin. I hate people with no respect. I have dealt with a neighbor like that only when he bought the house by mine in the woods, I asked him can I still rent out the yard for my firewood and he goes no, so I said, when your well runs dry, you are hooked to my city water system, I am going to unhook you. Furthermore I will fill up my half of this driveway with firewood. I jumped all over this old man. Well, it was at night and he came knocking on my door so I let him in, we talked, he said the yard is yours, just give me firewood every year, I said fine, and I also told him look if you need help, I am here to help you, I will watch your house for you when you are gone. Anyway, we became like family and that was that. Man I hate getting upset, but when someone is going to take away my chance of making a living, then I just went off. I had over 100 customers to take care of and I moved a heck of a lot of wood, so it all worked out.
