I believe it would indicate how many times you voted for a question or answer by clicking on the +/- to the right of each question/answer. Funny I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out.

Okay, I voted for your answer, Jaaj, and it's not how many times you voted, but how many times you have been voted for. Notice my status didn't change after I voted, but yours did.

You just click on them. A vertical green bar shows up on any questions or answers that have been voted for.

I just "pointed" at the + by your answer/ explanation and "poof"
(more or less) it registered under your name.
PLUS... a green stripe now appears where the +/- usually is.
THIS is "new", huh?.
