I guess anything is possible but they can draw others into their gang. Most gangs are 6 or more up to thousands like the Hells Angels. those guys are everywhere but we don't ever see them here, but I saw plenty in Ca. In Ca. the biggest gangs I think are the Latino's because of their drug conncetions, then the blacks, then you got the Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and all of them get their money from sex and drugs. I look at a gang as bad I guess because the media calls them gangs and shows them getting locked up or whatever. We had a couple guys come here with MS13 tatooed on their necks. Now these guys are bad news. The Maui cops saw that, they were held at the airport and sent back. They would not allow them on our Island thank God.
