See... knowing YOU, I didn't figure it would be anything awful... just your sense of humor on how to word it? lol
I haven't been answering or asking much here... too busy making messes and correcting them! lol

I think it's a bit much to dress dogs up like that... same as kids for pageants.
On the other hand, some people treat their pets just like their children.
I just figured if the dog was a domesticated type, maybe a sweater or such to keep it warm in cold weather, but not new outfits. lol

I agree Breezey, It's one think having a sweater for a tiny little dog in the winter, but I don't thing dogs care much about fashion, and while I know dos and cats are like substitute children for some people, it just seems like a huge waste, when those people could be helping out less the less fortunate as a volunteer, or adopting or as foster parents, or even as a donor.

Tater, I have come to realize that volunteering is satisfying and has it's own rewards, but doesn't fill the empty spaces of a home. Pets take the place of a lonely home. Adoption isn't always an option. Sometimes, that pet is the best way to go. smile2

Oh, I'm fine with having a pet, just not the concept of spending hundreds of dollars on outfits for them.

Yeah. I guess everybody has their own ways of what's a priority.
If you think about it, most of us spend money on things others might see as a waste. lol
