your stories are interesting ,and there must be many more to tell ,i'm all ears...so to speak..

I'm not sure where to start. There was the guy who said he was in a hurry because he was on house arrest...

Or the girl who needed a ride home from the bar because the cops wouldn't let her drive her sister's car home, after she was given a violation for public drunkeness outside a bar. She was only outside the bar because the policemen were out there checking out her car. It seems at least 2 people reported that she had run a redlight. She gave the cops her sister's name because her license was suspended due to a DUI.
She couldn't seem to figure out why everything always happens to her. I gently suggested that maybe she should walk to a local take-out store, and get a sixpack to drink at home, if she wanted to avoid spending 90 days in jail for violating her probation...



And then there's the owner....Most politely put, if you look at a horse's mouth, he would be the opposite end.

Right you are on all counts, Roxi! Sometimes I just sit there and shake my head.

Then there was the woman who was so heavy/huge that it took her a full five minutes to get in the seat in the minivan. Had to weigh somewhere close to 500 pounds. The cab leaned to the right so much that I was afraid to take a sharp turn, for fear that we'd tip over. She was out of breath afterward. I picked her and her companion up at a Red Lobster seafood restaurant. So to make conversation, I asked if the enjoyed their meal. Oh Yes, she said, it was wonderful. "What did you have?", I inquired.



"The all-you-can-eat Shrimp dinner", she replied.




"Seriously?" I thought to myself, thinking of how I'd been using portion control to try to shed the extra 20 pounds I'd gained while unemployed.
