What would you NEVER wear?

Any particular clothing, shoes, etc.. that you would never wear?

Hmmm ... you mean, like a hot-pink prom dress ... a fire-engine red, spandex leotard ... a fur coat with lime-green go-go boots ... a bright orange, frilly tutu ... a wedding ring ... I don't think you will see me, in ANY of those! Basically, I'm more of a t-shirt and jeans kind of bunny.

I've learned to very wary of the word "never".

If you were in Australia and you said thongs were those skimpy pieces
of underwear and swimwear won by women (much like a G-string) in, say,
the US, well, you would be wrong.


Thongs in Australia are, well, not as sexy as thongs in America.


Aussie thongs are basic footwear consisting of a sole and a thong
passing between the first and second toes of the feet and affixed in a Y
formation on three points to the sole.


They're your basic sandal, mate, and they're also called jandals, slippers or go=aheads in some parts of the world.


In New Zealand, because of the sound they make, they're called flip-flops.


If you're imagining a bronzed Aussie beach girl in what Americans
call a thong, you may be looking in the wrong direction. You have to
look down at her feet to see if she's wearing thongs.

I practically LIVE! in the footwear thongs.
(Arizona, remember?) I have at least a dozen pairs.
As far as the ... *er* 'clothing' (?) type goes... I can not

EVERYONE calls the rubber thongs "flip-flops".
Here they're called flip-flops and "zorries" to
