Have you tried banana milk?
If so, was it from the store with no actual bananas or homemade with real bananas... or both?

Um... no... I don't think I even knew there is such a thing! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
It sounds delicious!
I like bannanas, bannana cream pie especially !, etc. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
So, what have you done with this little item? Hmm?

What have I done with this item? Ummm... drank the store kind, but now want to make my own, with actual bananas in it.
Banana Milk
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash ground cinnamon
Directions
Place the first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
Seems easy enough, to me.

I see you have a sense of humor and might work your way up to the rank of "Royal Pain" or "Pain In The Butt!"
OUCH! Why did you have to say that? In a couple of weeks i have to get a colonopscopy ,and i figure that will be a PAIN!
breezey, your recipe sounds good, i do that sometimes with soya milk ,also a good way to use spirulina.
banana milk shakes are nice , it is artificial flavour, but no worse than any other .
Roxanna, we get a lot of bananas in clearance here... nothing wrong with them... not even overripe. So... real banana shakes and banana milk are coming up... again! lol
lucky you , because of the Queensland floods , bananas at the moment are between $12 -$14 so if i really, really want bananas it's a treat !!lucky they grow new each year, so next year hopefully it will be back to normal.
ps, banana cake or bread is very nice as well.

Banana bread is always the first thing we do with bananas. I have also made banana cake and fritters. For the fritters,we use chunks of banana... dip them in fritter batter and deep fry them. We roll them in sugar when they're done.
pudding sounds good ,will check recipes.
thinking about what to have for breakfast... and.. i WANT a ..BANANA !!!
