Do you think the colors we see and the sounds we hear have an effect on our moods?

Absolutely. When I have a sunny day and am on the ocean listening to the waves hitting the shore, I feel like a million bucks. If it's always foggy, cold, and someone is using a jack hammer I am not happy.Those are just examples.

Yes, I certainly do. Blue tends to have a calming effect, while red can be alarming. Years ago, they changed the color of Philadelphia's police cars for this very reason. Now they are white; I guess that's supposed to be neutral?

yes. music can sooth and heal ,or it can drive you insane .
colours have great effect ,not only on moods, but the impession we create on others.you will feel diferently about the same person if they wear red,a power colour,or pink, a gentle colour.
all colours have energies, and we react to them, whether we realise it or not.
