I think that once they are in high school, they should be able to experiment with a modest amount of makeup.

most young girls don't need make up, but it is fun to experiment,(yes, i can rmember back that far!)i think teens is ok time to start, for those who want to wear it.
was eagerly awaiting my grand daughters intoduction to make up so i could play with her, but at 18ys next month, she's still not wearing it !!

hi jaj,i typed out an answer yesterday ,looks like it didn't go through, have been having connection probs.
so... my grand daughter looks like a cross between her mum and dad, her mum is like me , dark eyes and hair (well...was..) dad is fair ,tahnee has attributes from both of them ,but not as dark as her mum, and not as fair as her dad !! now that the kids are grown, maybe i will be permited to post a pic of them

Roxanna, that's one very secure young lady! The majority feel they have to wear make up for various reasons.
