Melon baller... a bigger one...I use it for home made chicken nuggets. lol
It works great to form the right size of meat for making a nugget. smile2

As a melon baller, no use at all. I just cut the melon and watch it disappear. lol

vegetable peeler... quite useful, even for carrot in salad...nice thin amounts. smile2

Okay....basic pot, pan, kettle... great for many things. A tea kettle... it's a nice idea to have one just for tea, but really is just another space taker and more of a want than need. Water can be heated in any of the others we already own.

You don't need to sift flour by itself, but if you are baking and adding baking powder, salt, etc to the flour for the recipe, a sifter does help insure that the ingredients are dispersed evenly.
