Scary, huh? One would think that with all the regulations here, the USA would be the first to ban this kind of stuff. As the woman said, you see it on the grocery shelves and you assume it's safe. However, profits and greed have been put above safety and THAT is a sure recipe for disaster! Food allergies showing-up in children (and now in adults, too) are the first indicators of a problem. I mean, WE didn't see this kind of thing when WE were kids. The fact that it's becoming so common NOW should say something to people.

It doesn't help any that Monsanto has friends in high places, and even some former high level employees who are now involved with the FDA and Department of Agriculture.

Also, the same company that made Agent Orange (dioxin) as well as PCB's, now produces artificial growth hormones for cows and genetically modified corn and soybeans, which are altered to be resistant to Roundup weed killer. And guess who makes that?

Tater, who better to make artificial crap than people who made poisons? I know you probably think I am nuts sometimes, but I have learned a lot about foods sold on grocery shelves and am not happy.
We are going back to old fashioned ways on a lot of things and going to be doing that even more.
Maybe this is "someone's" way of telling us what happens when you become too dependent on others to supply everything...
