Yes. What Sneaky said.
Also, I'm offended by people who presume to know what I think
and/or interpret what I said - unless they're looking for clarification.

Why?
I'm rarely at a loss for words but if I need help I'll ask for it -
ono hangups there for me. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I often need help for many things. I got over being too proud to ask
a long time ago. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Cowards offend me. I don't mean someone who is afraid -
that happens to just-about everyone and I absolutely sympathize.
To me a coward is that person who picks on the defenseless.
People who pick on people who aren't able to defend themselves
... piss me off. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I think (I HOPE!) they offend all decent people. };>

I get offended when I am talked down to, or basically brushed aside like I don't know what I am talking about.

It seems we all get offended over various things. I get offended over many things and am told it's because of how I am and what I believe in. I get offended by rudeness, really perverted and obnoxious people who think the whole world wants to hear what comes out of their mouths, jokes about serious problems or issues such as... pedophiles, rape, child abuse, etc...

I also get offended by some things already mentioned by others here.

When i am talking to someone, and another person comes up and instead of waiting till you are done, they just start in talking. Then when the person you were talking to just ignores you and starts talking to the other and leaves you standing there. Mad

Ah! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
If we're talking about things that piss us off... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
YEAH !
What Sneaks said, (the NERVE... ! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ) Arrrgh!
"Oh -no-no - [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] AFTER YOU! - you just go right ahead!
I'm SURE [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] you are much ! more important than all
the rest! of us here - combined... !! (you %@#$! jerk)
Also (YEAH!) what Bree said. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
There is, probably, quite a bit of accuracy to the
"because of how I am and what I believe". [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
That's pretty-much true for all of us, I think.
People have a right to think and say what they think and say.
The "trick" is to keep it to yourself - in a public place.
NO ONE in the next booth ! (or across the room!) has to hear it! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

My FAVORITE ! in the "How rude is that ?!?" category is:

A long-time acquaintance of ours , Linda, left her car parked at our
house one night - (she asked permission) -no problem there... actually,
I appreciated the consideration... even at 2 a.m. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The next late morning / early afternoon Linda called.
Could 'someone' please come a pick her up at her house and drive her
BACK to our house ... so she could get her car?
(She would -and did- reimburse for the gas;she lives about 25-30 miles away.)
I know the area very well so - 'okay-sure' - I went to pick her up.
- Still "No Problem". -
I got to Linda's; she got into my car ; we started back to my house.

AND THEN...

LINDA PLACED A CALL ON HER CELL PHONE - within 3 minutes...[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (? hmmm?)
and she talked - on her cell phone - ALL THE WAY BACK ! TO MY HOUSE
-in my ! car)
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
About 5/6 minutes away from my house I said - (to myself), [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] it! "
and turned on the CD player. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Check it out... :
I got a 'surprised' (read: reproachful) glance'... from Linda... !
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (Seriously ?? )
'People' (?) who come to my house - and then ignore ! me -
while they TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE -
usually in MY living room ! and no matter if it's their cell
or MY phone (it happens, believe me!) and they STAY ! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] on the phone...
are not welcome here ; not by me.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] That is THE RUDEST...! No WAY! am I going to put up with that.
Greg and PJ can do as they like. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Opinions ... vary ... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I took (one of the loves of our lives [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]) a kitten that GREG!
did not want! (we had a LOT!!! of cats! at that time boy, howdy!)
off her hands for her ! becasue she asked me to do it -
when her daughter Lexie was born - among many other favors..
I like Linda ! I also! know for damned sure that she knows much !
better than that. Lexie has had impeccable ! manners -commiserate with
her age - since the day she came home from the hospital ! Linda knows
that "likable" is a huge ! gift to a child.

Since you can't teach what you don't know -
I can only 'assume' that I don't matter enough to be shown courtesy.
I think I do.
Linda still doesn't 'get it'- "I never see you any more."

Do.you.think? };>

AND... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
ANYONE who imagines that there is something
funny
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]about pedophilia and/or rape ... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
is a damned fool ! - among other things.

Roxanna,
UH-HUH... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
And the "friend" who will cancel you at ANY moment !
if she gets a -whatever- from a man. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I haven't done that - not once - since I was a
Sophomore (10th Grade) in High School! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Believe it or not - my 'girl 'friends are important ! to me.

Guys come and go... (bless their hearts [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.])
My friends have always been there for me. };>

I hate it when i see people driving with a cell phone in their hand and keep changing lanes & not signaling,or trying to manuver around in a parking lot. I almost got hit several times from this. AND another thing hang in there People who don't put their carts back in the cart corral when done shopping, it was him especcially those that are only a few feet from the corral and setting in the middle of a parking spot.
