are you an animal magnet ?
some times i am, and this is the most bizare thing that ever happened ,concerning a cat .
i was pegging out clothes when all of a sudden some thing ran up my body and curled up around the top of my head !! no kidding, it was a strange cat. alice who was staying with me at the time saw it through the kitchen window ,she laughed so much, she couldn't stop.
so i managed to get the cat of my head ,and fed it before it disappeared again . and believe it or not, a week or so later it happened again !! exactly the same way!! 
.both times it came from behind ,so i had no idea it was coming .we called him boris, and after a few good feeds, he took of again.

Um... animals seem to like me...
although I've not had an experience quite like yours!
We did acquire our tabby, "Chance", when he ran across the
highway from the Reservation and flung himself into my arms one night.

Roxanna, sounds like that cat really liked you! lol
I have always gotten along well with animals, but never gave it much thought to being a magnet for them. I don't really know if I was a magnet or people just figured I could have the animals because I was good with them. lol
