What are good ways to simplify Yafooey?

Any thoughts on what Yafooey could do without or have done differently? Keep in mind this has to be within reason for me to do.

No... I do not have a magic wand and found they are all sold out. So.. I have to do things the hard way! lol [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now... any thoughts? Should there be less animated things? Less of anything that might be over done?

at the moment breezey i like it just as it is , the animation is not overdone ,the back ground beautiful, the colours are great and like each other, it's quite perfect the way it is now.
but .. i know you probably cant'do anything about that, i still often have probs with posting pics and links etc.....it was soooo simple in the old y/f...maybe i need to practise more ?

Roxanna, my main concern is not to add too much that makes it hard for people to use this site... like makes computers work harder or run slower.

As for your posting problems.. I can try to help simplify things. Maybe try one thing at a time and work on that one thing until it works all the time for you? We could start with posting a link and work from there.

Perhaps you could tell us what is within the bounds for you to do?

For instance - speaking for myself -
the toolbar seems to go largely unused.

Ja'aj... toolbar as in Profile, messages, avatars, etc...? I think others use those. I use the profile and home one a lot. The message one is kind of nice for those who actually try to get or send one. lol

I meant The toolbar we all use every time we post a reply:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I think most of those options go unused.

If you take away that toolbar, there are no options at all for people. I don't think we'd be able to post working links and some videos, for starters.

Tater... I guess I was mainly wondering if things were overdone here. I added a lot of motion smileys, the banners... three kinds and other odds and ends. If nobody really thinks it's overdone or interfering with their computers, maybe we'll just leave it as is for now?

I did not suggest removing the toolbar.

I merely thought it might be possible to remove some of the unused options on it.
