Changes in women and men in society

How do people see the way men and women are supposed to be? Do you think the way women and men are changing in what they do and how they do it, is a good thing or bad thing? Many feel men are becoming too domesticated? (not sure what word to use) And many feel women are becoming more manly and taking a man's place.

I think over all it's a good thing; men and women are just becoming more flexible in their roles.

Sometimes, it seems this country is becoming more feminized in many ways. Now ... in SOME ways that may be a good thing ... but there are situations that can't be solved by sitting down to tea with Oprah. Ya know? Some situations require a hard-line approach. Call it what you want, but when dealing with things like terrorism ... tea and cookies won't work! I might get into trouble, saying things like that ... but it's the simple truth, like it or lump it.

I don't think most every day, normal men and women are doing the terrorist thing, before or after the roles started changing. Any thoughts on like... moms and dads and how their roles have changed?
