dizz, is asiago cheese made from goat milk ?
i like almost all cheese,swiss,camembert,really strong tasty aged cheese, also cottage..etc.. ewes cheese is beautifully mild and tastes delish...but in no way shape or form will i eat goat cheese, i have tried different varieties of it and my impession of what it smells like remains !!!

Its a cheese made in Asiago Italy .
Just as parmesean romanio is .
Asigo is a smooth cheese like Mozza BUT the taste of parma with a hint of nutty taste .
I used to usae just Parma but this Asiago is way better
