Yes, we agree. Fortunately, keyboards are generally equipped with a liner in between the keys and the contacts, which usually prevents any major disasters.
As far as mouses (mice?), I think most of them are sealed enough that liquid would have a hard time penetrating them.

Well, keyboard and mouse developed issues and couldn't be used anymore. It's kind of funny the things you find you saved when you dig... brand new keyboard and mouse... wireless. lol I have these "in case of" issues. lol

I suppose so.... except you have to keep supplying batteries instead of just running off the computer. lol

Actually, it's one of the nicest sets I've used, but that may be more to quality than type. lol It's not one of the cheaper sets. It was one of those deals you don't pass up... a thrift store find for a couple of dollars.
