Listening to the crazy little mutt next door, drives me nuts. The poor dog is locked inside all day and night.. no wonder it is crazy.

By himself? You should never get a dog if you can't spend some time with him on a regular basis. They are very social animals!

As for animals left alone all day... I wonder why people even bother with pets if they are gone a lot. On the other hand, maybe they like having that pet to come home to, but it's sad to leave them alone for eight or nine hours every day.

It is very sad Breezey.. and while it annoys the heck out of me.. i understand why it is yelping and carrying on. The poor dog is desperate to get outside and is so lonely.
