I do, IF it's used the next day, or even in the next few days. What I DON'T appreciate, is when somebody decides to save 3 green beans, and it stays in the back of the fridge until SOMEBODY ELSE has to throw it out!
This actually happened in my house. I say, if you have 3 green beans left over, either eat them or throw them out. I'm not talking about 3 whole green beans, I'm talking about three 1 inch pieces of cut green beans.

I often cook enough so there is left overs the next day. Things like casseroles and soups taste ever so much better the next day.

Leftovers are great if you get home late or are going somewhere and you can take them with you.. Great for picnics on the spur of the moment. Leftovers means I can be out in my garden longer. lol
