I have a good range of active bacteria and moulds. It's taken me years to collect and cultivate. No trees as yet though.

A spaghetti tree... almost as good as a money tree....

What are the costs of growing a money tree? There's a philosophical question for you... that hopefully doesn't get moved to Rodents section.. lol

Well! It's good my first plan of sending friendship gardens to Australia didn't work out! lol Had it all planned out... WHY????!!!!!!!!!!

Why? In case of spreading pests to other countries. I was going to send you some pressed flowers and was told I was not allowed.

I reckon the Australian authorities are still a bit touchy about importing exotic plants and animals, ever since the rabbit fiasco.

 Splitting hares.. ... Many a farmer has cursed the day that some bright spark bought rabbits into Australia.
Here is a bit of history for you... history that is very close to home for us around this part of Victoria.....
A Mr Thomas Austin was the first person to import rabbits for hunting into Australia. In 1827, Thomas bought 21 rabbits from Europe back on the ship with him when he settled in Victoria.. in a property that is located only 20 minutes drive from where we live!!! ... A beautiful old mansion set on thousands of acres, that is now open to the public on weekends.  He released them one Christmas day for a bit of hunting, but never shot them all.. or caught them all... and as rabbits do... they bred like RABBITS.. (bit like the people from these parts in the early settlers days)... Hence the farmers around here, now have plenty of sport "Hunting Wabbits" with good incentives.. not only to cull the population of Rabbits... but to eat... Rabbit stew, Rabbit pie, Rabbit casserole, roast rabbit, boiled rabbit, bbq rabbit........ it all equals..  DEAD RABBIT.  

Anyone got a gun? Or a good rabbiting dog? Fox terriers are great down the burrows. Rabbit stew anyone?

It's good Jack can't visit this site much!! To be speaking of rabbits that way would give the poor guy a heart attack! 

Mixamatosis just about finished off eating rabbits over here, it isn't nice! They say "never buy a skinned rabbit". Anyone seen our cat?

That's life in the country.. Sorry to Jack... but there is nearly more rabbits than people in many parts over here.
