Have you ever had hives?

Care to share any knowledge you might have?

My daughter had then as a kid,(I don't remember what caused them) find out what it is you are eating that causes them, it may be something as simple as strawberries .

I am a walking poster for allergies. I get everything from itching, rashes, hives, itchy and watering eyes, sneezes. Right now I find out why I have rashes on both hands....it is from handling tomato plants in the garden. I cannot eat cheese anymore, either.

Hives look like blisters and it usually starts with a red, itching rash, which creates these blisterlike things which itch like the devil. The best I know what to do, is take allergy meds and use a hydrocortisone cream and try to figure out what caused it.

Yup... I have had hives.
I haven't had a "break-out" in so long that I hadn't

Anyhoo... I dunno how much help I can be; my 'diagnosis'
was my hives were caused by 'nerves'... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ... as in:
my body's reaction to my 'repressed rage' [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] resulted
in Hives.(meaning : my lousy disposition caused them)
I use to break out along my jawline and other places. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The actual physical site of them [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] was subdued with
Campho-Phenique - just like an itchy ant-bite. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Learning to "express" [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] my 'feelings' helped -at least
with the break-outs of hives.
