What kind of pillow do you like best? Do you find some pillows are just good for nothing... not even to put your head on?

Yes, some are too hard, and some are too soft. I like a pillow that's fluffy enough to be comfortable, but not so fluffy that it raises your head too far off of the mattress.

Yes, they just aren't the same as when we were kids. I hate those foam rubber ones. pillowfight

Feather pillows don't seem to squish down to nothing and stay flat!

Feather pillows are great! Nice and cushy and you're right Breezey, they fluff right back up after you're done using them. They are more expensive than that synthetic fiber stuff, but they're worth it.

feather pillows ? i didn't know they still existed !! might look into that ...
my favourite pillow is a chiropractic one suports my neck and head just the right way, it goes with me every where, the first item in my luguage, the rest has to fit as it will .

I like NEW feather pillows a lot; not so much when they lose their "fluff".
I also like my pillow with the stuff that "returns-to-it's-former-shape"
foam (?) I can't remember what it's called. It is VERY comfortable, and it
still returns to it's original shape - over 10-12 years later.
(At those prices it had better!)
I also like the -IDK.. ?-dacron? polyester? -whatever- pillows...
until they flattern. So far I think the only pillow that didn't flatten eventually,
was the foam-rubber ones... and they just-about totaled my neck!
Do they still make those little killers?
