Re: Christmas countdown
Ugh oh! I'm not seeing a countdown clock!
Must be some of Santa's naughty little elves ... goofing around again! Ya think? I'll check back later.

Tater, a countdown isn't early... it counts down. lol
Always better to be early and get everyone into a panic. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Bree,
I answered you when I edited that post - and it JUST NOW
dawned on me that you weren't likely to SEE IT THERE...
(My life is SO hard.)
Please see "above" for my story - which I'm sticking to, BTW. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Many years ago, I took my daughter to Walmart. For the first time, there were actual reindeer and a Santa who had to be the real deal. He had no fake beard or mustache and was my very idea of what Santa should be. We pet the reindeer and Santa told us about how he had only gotten to Walmart by a lucky coincidence... for us. Santa said he was usually too booked up to be at places like Walmart, but had a last minute opening and showed up.
Ja'aj... there was nothing fake about that man or his deer. His hair, his cheeks, his tummy, his beard and eyes... what so many portray Santa as being. The deer were something we'd never seen with any of the other santas.
So...yeah... the actual reindeer would be much better. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Bree,
That's wonderful! I love "mystery"...
very possibly you met SANTA!
I hope so, anyway.
I thought on one Easter I'd caught the
Easter Bunny... it was a wee-bitty bunny
and it was sitting right next to a blue egg,
in our back yard... free as you please - it
let me pick it right up.
It wasn't until I started to worry about
next Easter that Mom told me the bunny
was a gift to me and not "THE" Easter Bunny.
*whew*
