yes, sometimes an acquaintanceship just naturally peters out, just realised this is happening right now, nothing happened but neither of us can be bothered, thinking

I have a friend in Las Vegas Nevada,seems like we only call each other once a year. He quit emailing but plays computer games all the time Rolling Eyes

Also a friend in Florida we talk maybe 2 times a year on the phone I send him things on internet,and get a reply back sometimes. sigh

Our lives just seem to gwet to wrapped up and old friends are set aside. It is too bad! Sad

For me, Yeah. I have had that happen... NOT with anyone REALLY close

I know what you mean about friends on here and all of the internet emailers. heart

I get more replys from contacts than i do relatives. I have a step sister,a sister in law,2 nieces,that just plain quit,so i just delete their addresses and go on. This is more fun than Q&A,which i just quit . JUst as happy as if i were in my right mind!!!@@@#$%$#^&*@# happy

My brother (1 of my only 2 living relatives) and I email
back and forth (he's in Tucson; my son and I are in Phoenix)
daily... just like we were friends.

and email friends I guess...) The people I email back and
forth with here and "regular" email (?) are among some
of my closest friends. The "on-line" status means not much

My brother & i live in the same town and are lucky if we see each other 1or 2 times a month. thinking

We are both retired ,but he does a lot of running around,buy,sell & trade a real wheeler & dealer. He makes a lot of money doing it ( tax free of course)!He bought a gold necklace with a stone in it fro $2. 00,had it appraised & worth almost $2,000.00. He could fall in a bucket of crap & come out smellin like a ROSE! Rolling Eyes
