Lorry... I tend to believe those pets own us more. lol

Lol Breezey.. Very true. If only we could teach our pets to clean up their own poo.

Well... I'm going to stick with pets own us. lol
Seriously... we don't really expect most pets to DO much of anything! We buy their food and feed them, we wash them, we get them toys, we clean up their messes, we buy or make beds for them, we give them a house....
We don't even expect a cat to catch a mouse....
I am rethinking some things here... maybe they'd be happier without people who take away their claws and spay and neuter them!
I may have to look at this from the animal's point of view! lol

On the farm, we expected our cats to earn their living.. and they did. Cat versus Rat.. Not really sure that the cat won. But Cat versus Mouse.. Cat won... lol. and left us many presents on the front door step to find. She was very proud of herself.
Dogs on the farm earned their living too. Now we are not on the farm, the dog has gone into retirement and leads a very boring life. The cat disappeared. Probably back out chasing rats and mice on the farm. Lucky her.
