Do we adapt to our surroundings?

Do we adapt to our surroundings?

Post by Breezey Breezey on Mon Feb 24, 2014 2:35 pm

Do we adjust to where we are and do things accordingly?
Do you adjust easily or does it take time and effort?

Yes we do ......unless we refuse to

Sometimes it is thrust upon
Sometimes it is painless
Sometimes it is painful

To me personally......Submitting to my fate
is sometimes my biggest obstacle to finding contentment in the world of people

I was thinking about some things I do, hobbies I like and realize that I adapted to my surroundings and circumstances. Maybe not totally, but enough that I find things more bearable than if I hadn't tried to make things better.

Humans are good at adapting....sometimes we just get stubborn and won't

I sometimes look at it like a lesson I am supposed to learn.....like a next step in a journey

Sometimes, I don't like the lesson or the journey. I become stubborn and dig my heels in, but when I see there is no choice, I get my butt in gear.
