home made ice blocks
you've got summer coming up soon, thought you might like this
Ice Blocks
1 tablespoon cocoa,
1 tbsp corn flour,
1 tabsp sugar,mix to paste with some of the milk,
bring 500 mil. milk to boil,
add mix and
stir till thickened ,freeze in suitable ice block containers when cool.

Sounds a little like fudgesicles, only in cubes instead of popsicles.

Okay... finally going to figure out how much milk that is. lol
And.. waiting for warmer weather to try it.
It might be just me, but I am not seeing any "cold" smileys.

I am going to be trying this, but going to divide this into snack size bags and form them into longer sections that can be eaten from the bag... kind of like a Popsicle. I have tried popsicle containers for home made and they never work right. and cubes just seems a little small. lol

We used to make popsicles out of Kool Aid
in a plastic popsicle mold

Or you could do it in a small Tupperware
