If I gain too much weight, I usually give up using the scale. Does that count?

i have finaly made the effort ,and improved my social life, a big gain, need to give up some of my internet time now

Roxanna, you have a point there. Looks like I will be giving up some internet time too.
The gain is well worth a little less time on the computer. Now.. I will just have to adjust my schedule.

breezey, it's not as easy as it sounds ,i have to actually promise myself after the floors are moped..shoping done ...etc..i can play on the internet !!
